Back in 2015, before Splatoon was even released, a customer sent me a single image and asked, "Do you think you could make something like this?" I remember staring at the picture for quite a while, wondering if I could actually pull it off. It was unlike anything I had ever sewn before, but my passion for creating new designs was stronger than my hesitation, so I accepted the challenge.

After many hours of brainstorming and experimenting, the very first handmade Splatoon Inkling Girl Hat was born. It turned out even better than I had imagined, and to my surprise, it quickly became a huge hit. Years later, it remains one of my favorite creations and continues to be loved by Splatoon fans around the world.

Each hat is handmade from soft fleece and fully lined for a comfortable fit. The long tentacles are carefully shaped to capture the character's iconic silhouette, while the white spots are individually hand-painted with acrylic paint. The separated bangs give the hat its signature adorable expression and help recreate the look of the Inkling Girl from the game.
