Splatoon 2 Hat – Handmade Cosplay Hat, 8 Colors Available

One of the things I love most about sewing is that every custom request allows me to create something new.

This Splatoon 2 Hat started with a customer request that came in right after the game was released. As a longtime seamstress and cosplay maker, I love being challenged to create something new, and turning an idea into a finished piece is one of the reasons I still enjoy what I do after all these years.

I'm especially excited to continue expanding this collection, with even more Splatoon-inspired styles planned for Halloween 2026.

Each hat is handmade in my sewing studio using soft fleece and fully lined with white fleece for a comfortable fit and perfect look. The short tentacles are carefully stuffed with poly-fill to create their signature shape, then individually hand-painted with a dark color gradient for added depth. The spots match the color of the hat. The ears are finished in a skin-tone color to complete the look.
